This message is to inform you that a revised Request for Comments has been published in the State Register and is posted along with the revised Minnesota Licensing Act (statute) an updated draft of the Radon Licensing Rules on the MDH webpage here: http://www.health.state.mn.us/divs/eh/indoorair/radon/rulemaking/rulesindex.html   Attached to this message is a copy of the State Register posting that includes further details on the rule making process.   Interested persons or groups may submit comments or information on these possible rules in writing until further notice is published in the State Register that the Department intends to adopt or to withdraw the rules. The Department will not publish a notice of intent to adopt the rules until more than 60 days have elapsed from the date of this request for comments.
